What time is check-out at the hotel? Is late check-out possible?
Check-out is until 11:00.
Late check-out may be possible, subject to availability. Please note that late check-out must be confirmed 24 hours before departure.
Is there a minimum age for check-in?
Yes. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
What payment methods does the hotel accept?
The hotel accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- Revolut
An ATM is available nearby. Please contact the front desk if you have any additional questions regarding payment.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy depends on the rate and booking conditions selected at the time of reservation. Please check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation terms.

Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Yes, small pets are welcome at our property.
An additional pet fee of €10 applies per stay. Please note that we can only accommodate small pets, and we kindly ask guests to inform us in advance if they are planning to bring a pet.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel, including the rooms and indoor common areas.
Smoking is allowed on the terraces. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only on the terraces or other designated outdoor areas.

Parking is complimentary for guests who book directly through our website.

Is the hotel accessible? What accessible features are offered at the hotel?
Please note that our property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
The building does not currently have adapted facilities, accessible bathrooms, or step-free access.
Are children welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for children?
Yes, children are welcome at the hotel.
Families with children may choose our suite categories for additional comfort and a more family-friendly stay.
Please note that children aged 13 years and above are charged as adults at this property.
Is 24/7 reception available?
No. Reception is available from 10:00 to 17:00.
If you expect to arrive outside reception hours, please contact us in advance so we can assist you with the check-in arrangements.
Does M Star Rooms have a restaurant on site?
The hotel does not have a restaurant on site. However, our restaurant is located just 220 meters from the hotel on Vitosha Boulevard — Djanam Turkish. Our guests receive 10% discount.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the comfort and rest of other guests during this time.
Are parties or events allowed on site?
No. Parties and events are not allowed on the property.
Can you provide an invoice? I am travelling for business purposes.
Yes, we can provide an invoice for your stay.

Are there rooms with a kitchen?
All apartments are equipped with a sink, glasses, plates, cutlery, and a hot water kettle.
Please note that the available kitchen facilities may vary depending on the room or apartment category.
